Roger Bache

Chief Operating Officer

Roger Bache is the COO for Everfox, managing day-to-day operations across the business. Prior to his COO assignment, Roger served as President of Raytheon Oakley Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytheon Company, providing advanced Insider Threat/UAM solutions across the U.S. government. Prior to joining Raytheon, Roger served over 22 years as a naval cryptologist managing cryptologic, cyber and Information Operations around the globe. He retired from the Navy in November 1997. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Cum Laude, in International Studies from the University of South Carolina and he is a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College. ​
