Matt Kinard

Director of Operations and Strategy

Matt Kinard is the Director of Operations and Strategy for Everfox. In his role, Matt works across the whole of Everfox’s business to optimize and maximize the leadership capacity of the organization. He manages a range of complex cross-functional and strategic programs including business transformation, acquisition integration, with a focus on strategic and executive communications. Matt has been a part of  Everfox, formerly Forcepoint Federal, since 2017, holding a number of strategic roles include Business Development, Alliance Management, and Operations Management. Prior to joining Everfox, Matt was an engineer and strategist for Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information, and Services business unit, focusing on the development of growth strategies in the global cyber security market. Matt has a masters degree in applied mathematics from Texas Tech University.​
