Karen Clark is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Everfox, As CHRO, Karen is responsible for leading the global talent strategy to include organizational design and development, employee experience, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations and technology.
Karen brings 25+ years industry experience in global leadership, M&A and business transformation. Prior to Everfox, Karen was most recently CHRO at ShiftKey where she created and executed a high growth talent strategy that resulted in more than doubling the size of the company through talent acquisition and M&A in 12 months. In addition, she was previously CHRO at Forcepoint and held leadership positions within Raytheon Cyber Products and Trusted Computer Solutions.
