Chief Legal Officer
James Wallace is the Chief Legal Officer of Everfox. James brings over 20 years of experience as a general counsel, M&A leader and legal advisor for leading defense and technology businesses. The former general counsel for various businesses at Raytheon will be responsible for overseeing all legal and contracts matters for the business and will play a critical role in enabling the G2CI business to accelerate its compliance and contracting goals in the coming years. At Raytheon, James held a number of general counsel positions across the defense, intelligence, missiles, and services segments, and guided M&A and joint venture transactions. Prior to Raytheon, James was Deputy General Counsel at Exelis Inc., where he led its spin-off and stand-up as a NYSE traded company, the spin-off of Vectrus as a NYSE traded company, and Exelis’ subsequent sale to L3Harris. Previously James advised on M&A transactions at ITT Corporation, including its three-way spin-off. James was an Associate in the M&A group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, where he represented clients such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Virgin USA, KKR and Blackstone and closed more than 100 transactions. James holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude from Harvard University and received his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School.
